I'm not dead after all ;]
Hrm..first thing's first. Shannon, the odd's of you reading this [or anyone, for that matter] are slim due to my not writing in quite awhile, but Happy Birthday, babe! Yes, I remembered. And yes, it's late, I would've posted this on the date itself but guess who's internet isn't working again *waves*. Yeah. Go figure, eh? I'm on my mom's friends computer right now. And my computer's retarded so the few times I got to talk to you online, if I didn't say bye either the computer disconnected or froze or disconnected and froze and by the time I got it working semi-right again I was just so frustrated with it I shut it down anyways.
Ok reason for not being on. Senior year + actual trying to do good in school for my senior year + working girl + housewife without the wedding ring = Chaos. Slim free time.
Got a job working at a nursing home usually like 5 days a week. Tom's living with me and my mom. And we're moving (again) this coming weekend or next weekend, not quite sure. So this week is gonna be worse than most. Specially considering SAT's, work, packing, cleaning, studying for finals..oh yeah. So much free time, believe you me. If I do get a working internet and free time then I will try my hardest to come on and catch up cuz I miss Shannon & Nicole badly.

Evanescence show tonight.. :D
Breaking Ben came on first..played three songs off each cd. He impersonated Amy Lee [not disrespectfully or anything] by singing 'Bring Me To Life' [I think] and was actually good! He sang all girly but it was pretty good. Or as he said, "What do you think? Not bad for a person with balls." Sang 'So Cold', which made me one happy peach even though I figured they would. Amazing as always, managed to scream as loud as I could, gotta support the local boys.
Next was Three Day's Grace, they sound really good live. Sang 'Home', then suddenly I smelt weed, go figure. [By the time you get home, I'm already stoned]
Theeeeeeeen Seether. They got me pumped. Covered Nirvana's 'You Know You're Right' which was really really great. They kept playing song after song and I'm like nooo their not gonna play 'Broken'. But their like "As you know, we have a new single.." I was all =) and Amy came out and I was like..wow. I screamed so loud Tom's like "Damn, my ear!" It was great. They were great.
Then Evanescence. Just..god. I was stunned. Played every song but 'Hello' off the cd, played Breathe No More & Farther Away. Covered Korn's 'Thoughtless' [well, too, i might add] and some other song about wanting a ride[..?]. The music just like..it reaches my soul. How I didn't cry, I'll never know. She's amazing, every word just like hits every emotional field in you and it's like..the most amazing experience. Just hearing her belt those notes out was..I can't even describe it. I can now die happy.
